I’m sure that most people don’t give a crap that they don’t have an HDMI out port on their Xbox 360. I for one have used both component and HDMI on my 42″ HD plasma, and I can tell the difference. Well now I can have my cake and eat it too.
MaxConsole forums reports that XCM, manufacturer of replacement console cases and cables, plans to release an HDMI cable for use on regular white xbox 360 systems.
According to XCM, the cable will be the first to allow a full 1080p HDMI connection on the white Xbox 360. Maxconsole says the designs are “nearly finished” and will be finalized in about four weeks. I hope this cable isn’t too expensive. A regular HDMI cable is about $120
So If you bought the Xbox Elite for its HDMI out port, you wasted your money ($180 more than the 360)…. but you still have that 120 gig hard drive penile extension attached to your cool black box. And now here’s a trailer for GTA 4 (Rockstar Games)
