WHAT THE F*#K IS UP WITH SONY!!!. So I’m reading that Sony has peripheral manufacturer, In2Games, making motion sensitive controllers for the PS2…the PS2? Wait… isn’t the PS3 their new console?…Why the f*#k are they making peripherals (and new games for that matter) for the PS2? Uccccccchhhhh…Sony is so out of touch. Who the hell is running that gaming division…the captain of the Exxon Valdese? Anyways…Here’s some clever paraphrasing from a tvg and a gamespot article in case you need to get up to speed (he he he…I said speed).
Developers IN2Games have announced that they will be revealing a range of games at the Leipzig Games Convention, which are based around motion-sensing peripherals they have simultaneously developed for the PS2. The first six games in the series will each come bundled with a unique controller. RealPlay Tennis has a wireless tennis racquet, RealPlay Pool provides its own cue, RealPlay Golf comes with a golf club controller, RealPlay Racing features a steering wheel, and RealPlay Bowling has a wireless bowling ball. The other title in the series, RealPlay Puzzlesphere, has players manipulating a physical sphere to get around a series of “vertigo-inducing” courses.
The controllers and games will all be available in time for Christmas. Each game will come with its own specific motion-sensing peripheral included at a total retail price of £29.99 each (yes…thats over $60 bucks).
“The RealPlay range of games is aimed squarely at those PlayStation 2 owners who want to play wireless motion-sensing games without needing to splash out on a new console,” commented In2Games CEO Elliott Myers.
Hey…I hear that Elliot Myers is announcing next that In2 games is coming out with a floppy disk drive for the Sega Dreamcast and a tape drive fro the Atari 2600 next! God!!! How do they do it… they are just at the cutting edge of technology.

I know this is direct, but you need to move on from the PS2. I know you have grown quite attached to the PS2, but the PS3 has been released, and it is time to embrace the future of gaming for your company. Please don’t take this personally, but if you concentrate on the future and leave the past behind, you may find that games and peripherals for the PS3 will help your cause ten fold, and make you feel better…about yourself.
I just want you to know that I do care about you, and I am here for you if you need me. If you feel the urge to go back (to PS2) please contact me and I will help you to be strong. You can do this… I know you have it in you to move on.
