Take 2 Sues CTA? Why? They Need More F*#king Money?

For those of you dumb-asses who don’t know what the CTA is… well… The Chicago Transit Authority. I guess just days after the first posters surfaced (April 22) the CTA pulled all the posters for GTA 4 (Rockstar Games). Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. (the parent company of Rockstar Games) is suing the CTA for $300,000 for screwing them… check it out:

NEW YORK – The publisher of the controversial “Grand Theft Auto IV” video game sued the Chicago Transit Authority on Monday, accusing it of pulling ads promoting the blockbuster without explanation.
The video game’s publisher Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. sued the transit authority in Manhattan federal court for violating its free speech and contractual rights, saying it pulled its posters within days of the ads first appearing on April 22.
Take Two accused the authority and its sales agent, Titan Outdoor LLC, of violating a $300,000 (150,000 pounds) ad campaign agreement that included running “Grand Theft Auto IV” poster ads on the sides of buses and transit display spaces throughout the Chicago transit system scheduled for six weeks between April and June.
Does Take 2 really need $300,000 more. I have heard that they expect to sell 9 million copy’s… do they really need the $300,000 more? WTF? I say they shine it and find somewhere else to sling their product in the Chicagoland Area. By the way there was nothing else to write about today except this sh*tty subject… but I thought Angryslacker would appreciate it at least.
