So I picked up Prince of Persia (Ubisoft Montreal) on December 6th and finished it on the 14th (of December…for the learning impaired). Not bad huh? Well I didn’t play it straight through (because I’m not that much of a loser… I do have to work sometimes) but I did put in some serious segments of time on this game. Actually, one day I put a solid 5 to 6 hours in (did I just waste a day of my life on a f*#king video game?… ahhhhg) and it was quite addicting.

I just got Viking: Battle for Asgard (Sega / The Creative Assembly)! Asgard? Sounds like something you wear in prison to keep from getting ass raped. Well anyways, The game rocks! It reminds me a lot of the Lord of the Rings games.
Basically your this Viking named Skarin, who gets mortally wounded in a battle with demons from the under world, who are trying to take over Midgard (middle earth… you D&D geeks know what I’m talking about). You are about to die when a goddess named Freya (you may know her from the story of Beowulf) approaches you and brings you back to life, bestowing you with magic powers to lead the human army against the demon hordes from the underworld.
